Sausages and hams
In food a piece is called sausage, usually of minced meat and seasoned with aromatic herbs and different spices (paprika, pepper, garlic, rosemary, thyme, clove, ginger, nutmeg, etc.) that is introduced ("sausage" ) in pork gut skin.
Ham (or leg, leg, leg) is the generic name of the food product obtained from the hind legs of the pig. In Spain, the most common ham preparation is salted raw and cured naturally. The front legs of the pig, despite having an identical elaboration process, are called palette or shoulder.
